Anima Vitae has been one of the leading animation studios in the Nordic countries for over a decade. Anima is best known for the 3D feature Niko and The Way to the Stars (2008), which was sold to 118 countries and was also nominated for the Best Feature at the European Film Awards. A sequel, Niko 2 – Little Brother, Big Trouble, is currently travelling the world. Anima has also been nominated twice for the Best European Animation Producer.

Animando was founded in 2007 by the creators of the award-winning children´s series Elias, the Little Rescue Boat. Elias; Rescue Team Adventures (52 x 11-minute episodes) was Animando´s first production and was a co-production with the Icelandic animation studio Caoz. In 2017, Animando premiered two new productions: The animated feature film Anchors Up and the live stage show The Music Factory – a hybrid concert performance including full symphony orchestra and dancers on stage, interwoven with character and projected abstract animation.

Tordenfilm

Tordenfilm has produced high quality films and series for 15 years, working both in live action and animation. Currently in pre-production on the feature Two Buddies and a Badger 2 (2020), co-produced with Qvisten Animation. Recently produced the multi-award-winning short The Absence of Eddy Table (2016), based on the works of Dave Cooper. Previous projects: Metropia (feature, co-production, 2009) and Guri Gursjen & Gursjan Gru (short, 2009) which screened in the Annecy Competition in 2009.

Trollfilm is an animation studio specializing in high quality handmade animation. The trademark of Trollfilm is multiplan-cutout to make epic films with a message. Trollfilm’s most famous short is Angry Man (2009), which became the world’s most award-winning film of 2010. Trollfilm is currently developing the studio’s first feature-length film: Christmas Survivors.

Ulvenfilm

Ulvenfilm is a creative animation studio based in Lillehammer, that has a main focus on nice and kind animation for small kids. Currently Ulvenfilm is working on the project Little Grey Wolfy – TV -specials (4 x 6,5) and TV-series (26 x 5) and has other projects in concept and development. The studio has a well-developed network for remote work and is open to any form of cooperation, also international co-production.
